It's been getting hotter by the day. This is the time of the year where I give my jeans and leggings some rest and get out the dresses and skirts. I have collected a few mid length skirts over the last couple of months but this is the first time I actually wore it out. They are comfortable, chic and perfect for summer. The style could make you look shorter because of the length so add some heels to counter that. So get out ladies and rock it 50's style.

I am such a leggings girl, it's not even funny. It started out with a plain black pair from Topshop, 3 years ago and since then I've collected a pair in pink, blue, orange, you name it & I probably have it. I have been wanting to get the faux leather one's but the weather in this country is hardly conducive for those. Hence I settled for this pair from h&m which has a faux leather trim running down the side. It's a piece that can add instant edge to a simple outfit. And because I will always have that girly side to me I had to add some red lipstick and shoes to balance it out and add a pop of colour. I've also been dying to rock the boxy jackets but instead I decided to add a boxy button up top which is rather comfortable and more suitable for this horrible weather.

So by now most of you are aware of the Spring/Summer '12 collection that I worked on for a wonderful store called Spring Break which is situated here in Mumbai! This is the promotion video we shot for the collection! A part of the collection was released earlier this month and the rest of it will be added later this week.

This collection is just about basic, comfortable styles that I personally cannot live without. This was my way of sharing my style with you and I tried to make it trendy by playing with fabrics, prints and colours. I know a lot of you have already ordered your pieces and I am so happy about the feedback I have gotten so far! This is something very close to my heart and I want to Thank all of you for your support!
